Orders & Shipping

1. Where does ZULZ ship?

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international destinations. For international orders, duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply (not included in shipping cost).

2. How long does shipping take?

  • U.S. orders: Most ship within 1-3 business days and arrive in 3-7 business days (standard ground). Expedited options available at checkout. Free shipping on U.S. orders with code FREESHIPPING at checkout (subject to change).
  • International orders: 7-21 business days, depending on location and customs. You'll get a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

1. What is your return and exchange policy?

  • We offer a hassle-free 30-day return window on unused items in original condition (with tags and packaging intact)
    • Returns: Full refund (minus return shipping fees, unless defective).
    • Exchanges: Easy swap for size/color if available.

Warranty & Product Care

1. What does your warranty cover?

  • ZULZ stands behind our premium quality with a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (e.g., zippers, seams, hardware failure under normal use).
    • Covers repairs or replacement at no cost (we'll handle shipping for approved claims).
    • Does not cover normal wear/tear, misuse, accidental damage, or shipping costs for non-defective returns. Contact us at info@zulzbagco.com with photos and details for a quick review.

1. How do I care for my ZULZ bag to keep it looking and performing great?

  • Our durable materials (e.g., 1680D, 600D polyester, water-resistant coatings) are low-maintenance:
    • Spot clean with mild soap and water.
    • Avoid machine washing/dry cleaning.
    • For zippers/hardware: Use a soft brush or lubricant if sticky.

  • Most of our carry-on options (like the PRIMETIME roller and select backpacks) meet standard airline dimensions (typically 22" x 14" x 9" including wheels/handles). Always double-check with your airline, as rules vary. Our checked luggage lines are designed for larger trips without skimping on organization or protection.
