Warranty Coverage

Our products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.

  • Standard Warranty Period: 1 year from date of purchase
  • What's Covered: Manufacturing defects, material defects, and workmanship issues
  • What's Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or damage from improper care (aka, packing an absurd amount of weight and expecting thread to withstand)

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  • A description of the problem
  • Proof of purchase

Warranty Resolution

Upon verification of a valid warranty claim, we will, at our discretion:

Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. The warranty does not cover shipping costs for returns unless the product was defective upon arrival.
