ZULZ Refund & Return Policy

At ZULZ, we stand by the quality of our luggage and gear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make the return process simple, fair, and hassle-free.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day, return policy on all unused products. If your bag doesn’t meet your expectations upon receiving it, we’ll gladly accept it back for a full refund or exchange.

  • Timeframe: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
  • Refund Method: Full refund issued to original payment method within 5-7 business days after return approval.
  • Return Shipping: Customer is responsible. for return shipping costs. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Restocking fees:
Small package - $10
Medium package - $20
Large package - $30

Late or missing refunds: (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@zulzbagco.com.

Sale items: (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@zulzbagco.com.

Procedure:

  1. Please contact us by email to initiate your return/exchange at: info@zulzbagco.com
  2. Once your return/exchange is approved, we will provide you with an RMA number to write on the outside of the package. 
  3. Ship the package to the address below within 7 days after receiving your RMA number. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  4. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Warranty & Defective Items

We believe in quality first. If your ZULZ product has a manufacturing defect, we offer:

Quality assured with a 1-Year Limited Warranty on craftsmanship. Proof of purchase and images of product defects are required.

  • Exclusions
    • Damages to zippers, handles, wheels and material from airline abuse are NOT manufacturing defects!
    • Normal wear & tear, misuse or accidental damage. This is NOT our first rodeo, we can tell when a bag was overloaded vs manufacturing defect. 
    • Personalized/customized bags.
